This is a Fair Trade-Certified coffee from Peru. This decaffeinated coffee is dark roasted and full of flavor. It is a smooth, subtle coffee that’s just as delicious as caffeinated Peru coffee! All our decaffeinated coffees are water-processed; a natural decaffeination process that does not use chemicals and does not strip any flavor out of the coffee bean.

In fact, water processing takes twice as much regular coffee to produce one pound of decaf coffee, which is another reason you get a rich brew you can’t even tell is decaf. It is a more costly way to remove caffeine, but totally worth it in the quality of decaffeinated coffee you drink each day. Go ahead, make that fancy coffee habit an all-day affair!
