How And When Will You Ship My Order?
Silver Bridge Coffee roasts your coffee after your order is placed. Because of this we ask for 2 business days to process your order. Often we are able to ship your coffee the day your order is placed, but sometimes we need an extra day. Once your order is ready we ship via USPS, UPS or Fedex.
How Can I Track My Order?
Our shipping service does generate a tracking number when your coffee is shipped, but if you are concerned about the tracking number you can email email@example.com.
What Are Your Shipping Rates?
Our website generates the actual shipping cost for your item that considers your location and the weight of your order. If you order $50 shipping is FREE.
Where Do You Ship?
We ship anywhere within the continental United States to any address to which the US postal service delivers.
How Can I Get Free Shipping?
In order to receive free shipping, your subtotal must be over $50. Gift cards can be deducted after the subtotal. Free Shipping is only available for domestic orders at this time.

How Can I Change My Order After It's Been Placed?
Silver Bridge Coffee is working to get our orders fulfilled and shipped as quickly as possible. If you need to make changes to an order please notify us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. Place ORDER CHANGE or SHIPPING ADDRESS INCORRECT in the subject line so that we can give these emails priority. Once an order has been shipped we can not make any changes.

What Is The Best Way To Store My Coffee?
We recommend that you store your coffee in a cool dry place in an airtight opaque container. Our bags are designed so that you can roll the top down and remove the oxygen through the one way valve and place the clip on the top to keep the coffee fresh. We advise against storing coffee in the refrigerator. If you are not going to use the coffee in 3-4 weeks, we recommend that you store the coffee in the freezer.
Is Your Coffee KETO Friendly?
Our coffee is inherently Keto friendly and YES! that even includes all our flavored coffee. We do not add any sugars or sweeteners to our flavored coffee. Each 8 oz cup has approx. 2 calories 0 g sugar and 0g sweeteners.
Are There Any Sugars or Artificial Sweeteners In Your Coffees?
None of our coffees contain any sugars or artificial sweeteners.
Is Your Coffee Vegan?
Our coffee is not certified vegan, but our coffee does not contain any milk, egg or dairy products. Our flavored coffees are also vegan friendly.
Is Your Coffee Gluten Free?
Our coffee is not certified Gluten free but it does not contain any gluten or wheat ingredients. We only produce coffee in our facility so there are no wheat products in the production facility.
Are There Any Allergens Present In Your Coffee?
While not a certified nut free facility. There are NO nut allergens in our facility. Coffee is the only item produced in our facility.
Is Your Coffee Kosher Certified?
Silver Bridge Coffees are certified Kosher. A copy of our Kosher Certification is available upon request. Please email email@example.com.
Do You Offer Any Of Your Coffee In Decaf?
We offer a wide range of decaffeinated coffee. There are several different roasts to choose as well as our flavored coffee.

All our coffees are 100% Arabica. We carefully select fine coffees from all over the world for you to enjoy. We the most natural flavoring on the market today.
