Return Policy

Silver Bridge Coffee Company realizes that coffee is a personal taste. We encourage you to try our flavors, blends and single origins by purchasing one of our many sample packs. This allows you to taste some flavors before committing to an entire 12 oz. However, since your coffee was roasted for you and coffee is by nature very perishable, we do not offer returns on coffee.

We do value your business and want you to be happy. If you have an issue with your order or there was an error in the order you received please reach out via e-mail to production@silverbridgecoffee.com or call 740-612-6300. We will need your full name and order number in order to locate your order. Please remember that our hours are M-F 8 a.m-4 p.m. Calls placed outside business hours will be returned within 48 hrs.

If there is damage in shipping. Please retain your packing slip and we will ask you to snap a picture showing any shipping damage. Please include a picture of the damaged product and the packaging.  We will need the picture to file a claim with our shipping providers.

All claims must be made within 30 days of receipt of the order.
