There are different ways to remove caffeine from coffee, and the vast majority use chemicals. Not Silver Bridge Coffee. We use water-processed decaffeinated coffee beans, which have not been exposed to chemicals, and also retain all their fresh, complex flavors. This method of coffee decaffeination actually requires twice as much regular coffee to produce one pound of decaf coffee.
