How We Curate the Most Delicious Specialty Single Origin Coffees
Truly great coffee can be expertly roasted, but if it’s not the right quality and naturally-processed, all the roasting in the world won’t change it. We choose our single-origin coffees carefully, focusing on the lushest parts of the world and sourcing from small, women-owned farms. Our single-source Sumatra coffee gets its unique, complex flavor from the way it’s wet-hulled at the coffee farms; all we do is bring out the best in it by dark roasting it to perfection.

I have been in search of a replacement for my favorite Sumatra. Too many of them have been roasted to bring out fruit notes; I prefer a caramel note to my Sumatra. This one is PERFECT. I cannot remember how I found Silver Bridge Sumatra, but it is a keeper. (Unrelated to the Sumatra): In addition, I loved the Advent Calendar during the holiday season. They were excellent gifts for my coffee loving sisters!
